Join us at the AECPTA Early Learning & Enrichment Fair, part of Kindergarten Readiness Day an event put on by Allen ISD and AECPTA and connect with parents preparing their children aged
4-6 for school options, after school care and enrichment programs.
Hosted by Allen ISD and Allen Early Childhood PTA
Thank you for your interest in participating in Kindergarten Readiness' Enrichment Fair. This event connects local families with programs, activities, and resources to help prepare their children for kindergarten and beyond. We welcome local business and organizations that serve young children and their families. Vendors are responsible for providing their own marketing materials, signage, and promotional items.
Wednesday February 3, 2027
5:30pm - 7:00pm.
Doors open at 5pm for vendor set up. Presentation is from 6:00pm until 6:30pm.
Location:
Professional Learning and Auxiliary Service Building: 610 E. Bethany Dr.
Early Registration:
Register by January 1, 2027, at no cost.
|A suggested donation of $30 or more is appreciated and helps support AECPTA programs and community activities.
Vendors contributing $30 or more will receive logo placement on the first slide of the event presentation and one complimentary month of advertising in the March 2027 AECPTA newsletter.
Late Registration:
A mandatory $20 registration fee applies to registrations submitted after January 1, 2027.
Vendor Benefits:
One vendor table and two chairs provided.
An opportunity to connect directly with local families.
Annual sponsors contributing $150 or more receive newsletter advertising for 12 months, beginning March 2027.
