Membership Form

All Prospective & Renewing Members are asked to fill out the below form. 

If you are ready to register for membership you will need to visit joinpta.org to pay your dues after you complete this form. Select: Allen ISD and Allen Early Childhood PTA.

Our membership year runs from August 1 - July 31. Dues are $24.50 per family (with one voting member). All members must renew and pay dues each August no matter when they joined. Because of this, if you would like to join in May, June, or July, we offer a free "Prospective Membership" which gives you access to the event schedule on Meetup.
